Congratulations to our friends Katy & Dan Halligan. Katy gave birth to a beautiful baby boy today, Declan Jack Halligan. We will visit them within the next few days, and I can't wait to meet the little guy! I got to see a picture on FB and he is just perfect. Katy had him at Lowell General, where I will be giving birth, so I'm excited to see how everything went for her (and maybe to hear about the labor...maybe ;)
