I didn't use organic watermelon and used store bought orange juice - but these were so good! Simple and easy, and you know exactly what's going into it.
I bought these ice pop molds on Amazon last year and finally got around to using them - they work great (and are the same ones pictured)!

One comment - I don't think my watermelon was super ripe, so it probably would have benefited from a little bit of agave or honey.
Can't wait to have Nicholas try one of these next summer :)
