Here's how the first week of eating fruits and veggies went for the little guy:
Yellow Squash ( I made these)
Bananas (NOT A FAN...as if you couldn't tell from the pictures - I used Earth's Best Organics and they did not smell very good, either)
Green Beans (he really really hates these...almost chokes on them...so if I get him to eat a spoonful or two I'm happy) I made these, Green Beans are one of my least favorite vegetables (peas are #1)

fresh banana is way better than the stuff in jars. Just toss it into the processor, or you could even microwave a few chunks for about 30 seconds and hand mash with formula or bm and cereal. Meghan preferred it that way.
