Fitness Challenge

Joined a fitness challenge at work, and I’m determined to kick everyone’s ass. That is all.

Details:

February 5th-April 30th

Includes:
Access to a Personal Trainer
A Pre & Post Measurement using bi-weekly weights and hip/waist measurements
Optional weigh-ins every 2 weeks
Workout plans and nutrition information at each weigh in

We can have up to a team of 5 but since I am not friendly with most co-workers, I am doing it with one other friend, and we're going to motivate the heck out of each other and win this thing!
